Default B Vitamin Question

Hi, Jon Bennett here. I received this question and thought I should post it so others may benefit from the answer.

"Hi, I just ordered a bottle of neu beCalmed chewable for my daughter of 6 years old. I am planning on supplementing her diet with B vitamins and I need to know what she will be already getting in this pill. Thank you for your time."

Default You are fine with the "b" vitamins

You are fine because, B-complex vitamins and vitamin C are water-soluble vitamins that are not stored in the body and must be replaced each day.

so you don't have the scenario where you can "over-dose" on b vitamins like you can with the fat soluble vitamins a and e.

With vitamin "a" and "e" you have to worry about "over" dosing on. In particular are the "fat" soluble vitamins like vitamin "a" and vitamin "e".

Each Serving of NeuBecalm'd Contains:
-- Supplement Facts --
Serving size 2 capsule(s) - Servings per container 45

Active ingredients per serving Amount per serving % Daily Value Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxal 5 Phosphate) 2mg 100 Folic Acid (Folate) 200mcg 50 Calcium (Citrate) 21mg 2 Magnesium (Citrate) 8mg 2 D/L-Phenylalanine 600mg + L-Glutamine 300mg + 5 HTP (5 Hydroxy Tryptophan) 10mg +
+ Daily value not established
Other ingredients: gelatin, cellulose, silica, vegetable stearate
US Patents: 4,761,429 5,189,064 5,922,361 & 6,159,506

As far as vitamin supplementation, if you are taking a "pill" multivitamin you are most likely not absorbing over 90% of the vitamins anyway... they simply pass through into the toilet.

I recommend the liquid vitamin because you will actually absorb all the vitamins your body needs and you don't have to worry about the fat soluble overdose because they have a patent on a technology that breaks the fat soluble vitamins down into a water soluble form.... it is pretty amazing

I hope this helps!
