We have removed all additives, preservatives and artifical dyes from my son’s life (it includes toothpaste, shampoo, laundry detergent,etc) and have seen a huge improvement. We follow the Feingold Program…they research the products and produce a book with products that are free of all the bad stuff. http://www.feingold.org

I have been trying to watch my diet more carefully – although not perfectly! – but I think I am seeing a difference in the way I feel and behave. Keep up the good work on your site!

tell them the next time he is with them that he had an outlash of violence when he left and you took him to the dr and the dr said the diet he was on was dangerous and maybe they will take it serious

I can control what my kid eats as long as he is with me. But when he is out of my sight, for example with his grandparents, they do not make him follow the diet I have found that works. They don’t believe in the “natural” treatment for ADD, but I do. Is there a way I can make it easier for them to follow my directions when my son is with them?
