If I am giving this to my 7 year old son, would I use the adult dosing or the “kid” dosing you use for your child? How long should this order last? Once a day or more? How soon should we see results? Will this or the NU-B-CALM make any significant difference alone or should we stick with both?
Lots of questions, I know. Thanks!!

Ok I figured out how to order the vitamins. I am not computer savy it was me not the site. Just one vitamin question…in the morning do I give the vitamins and the nu-be-calm together? and are there any other doses during the day? my 6 yr old son sleeps well at night normally. That is not one of our issues..also for hyper activity…If I cannot afford this regime forever is there any product I can eliminate..he is in first grade and does well in school in all but one subject( its very dry)… our problem is he literally cannot sit still…he is always moving..he has no control over his body and forgets a second later something you’ve asked him to do..he bites his collar and often complains of his clothing bothering him and when asked why he does these things he has no idea..says he can’t help it. I feel if I can get him to relax he will do much better. Is it the nu-be-calm or the vitamins that are most important?…just not sure I can do $200 a month forever..could the aloe be eliminated in time?

      Hi Lisa!

I have recently started on the Jon Bennett program. I saw your comments posted and your son sounds just like mine! I wondered how it’s going for you? We have been doing all the supplements/liquid vitamins for almost 2 months. We are still having problems with him being still….basically all the same symptoms you shared. It would be nice to chat with someone going through the same stuff.

      Thanks, Lisa.

I’ve seen all the videos ,read the news, now how do I order the vitamins? My sweet ,kind considerate and respectful 12yr. old son is truly suffering in his first year of middle school. I recently tried a tough love tactic, by taking away everything from him coat ,sneakers, games,tv,snacks , He was truly hurt he even thought I was going to give him away. I have cried and prayed for help for him. We have a good parent child relationship. He and I talk always, try to find different solutions to deal with his problems, he might get through 1 day or 2 but then I get that dreaded phone call. I tell him that he is not dumb or stupid and he isn’t.I explain ti him that he just learns slower or differently from his friends and that it’s not his fault. He just had the ELA test last week, and the teacher said he drew pictures.
    WHERE IS THE ORDER FORM!!!!!

This black mom is not giving up on her son.

I watched your video and it was very helpful. What about the cal/mag 100? I wasn’t even aware that I was getting that. Is that to be taken in the morning as well and how much?

  7. Jon Bennett 7 at 7:28 am #

The Cal/Mag is taken at night in about 5 oz. of water. It tastes like “tang” (sort-of). There are tons of studies showing the benefit of cal/mag supplementation.

I would like to know if this can be mixed with anything else other than water like maybe juice? I just ordered the vitamins and today was my first morning giving them to my son and it took me an hour to get him to drink i and still he only drank maybe 3/4 of it. Also, exactly how much more water is safe to add.
    thank you.

I have an 8 yr old son who weighs 64 lbs, should I half the dosing of liquid vitamins? And can I give Neubecalm’d and liquid vitamins together in am?

    • Jon Bennett 7 at 7:21 am #

I give my 4 year old daughter mackenzie roughly 3/4 of the suggested dosage and it seems to be fine. (3/4 tbsp of each liquid and 1 1/2 scoops of get-go-n)

How long do you have to wait after taking the vitamins before you eat? or how long do you need to wait after you eat to take the vitamins before it is considered to be on an “empty stomach”? the issue is we get up and get ready to go to school and each breakfast all in 30mins so it is not feasable to take vitamins on empty stomach before we eat breakfast…..

    • Jon Bennett 7 at 7:19 am #

the “empty stomach” suggestion is for optimal performance. In your scenario I would mix the vitamins and start drinking them right away as soon as you get up. It is not the end of the world if you end up drinking them with your meal… it is just not as ideal.

Ok, I got the book, the vitamins.. everything.. I’m going full force on this, my 6 yrs. old son has been struggling in school, I really really want to help him , his doctor, of course, said he has add-adhd and wants to put him on meds, but there is noooo wayyy I’m doing that… Thank you so much for all the information, and you have taken an enormous weight of my shoulder. I have not gotten the vitamins yet, but the question is: the dosage I give my son should be the same one you give your 2 yrs. old?? Thank you so much!

    • Barb 8 at 8:15 pm #

I also have a son the same age as yours, and I have just ordered the vitamins also. They sound so much alike. Did anyone get back to you as to what dose you should be giving your son? We also have been told to but him on med’s. Not going to happen, no way, No how!!!!! If you could let me know what you found out it would be greatly appreciated.
      Thanks,
      Barb

If you need direct help with vitamins and dosage information, you can contact our distributor anytime via e-mail – debbie@absorbable-vitamins.com ; I’d try to help you further myself, but she is like a walking encyclopedia when it comes to the vitamins so that will most likely be the best source of information currently! Thanks for your interest, and best of luck to you!

My nine year old son has been on ADHD meds since he started school. He has been on EVERY ADHD med. they have on the market. Every single one of them have given him so many side affects I had to try another and another and another. There are no more to try and he is still getting tics. First shaking his head, then clearing his throat all the time, blinking his eyes all the time and now he is constantly moving his lips, not to mention he gets very angry. I cannot stand to watch this anymore. He is a very smart child and the meds have helped him concentrate and do remarkable in school, but I cannot do this anymore. He is very hyper in the morning before the meds get into his system and then he is like a different child when they do get into his system. I need my fun loving son back. I am going to order the vitamins today and they are very expensive, but I have to do this. I am very worried about him getting too much vitamin build up in his system, can this happen? He is taking a multi vitamin, DHA, & Magnesium in the morning now and it has seemed to work alittle, but not enough. He is also taking 5 mg Melatonin at night to help him sleep. Should I give him the vitamins along with his ADHD meds or should I take him off the Daytrana patch first?

    • Jon Bennett 9 at 9:16 am #

YES. Vitamin build-up can actually be very dangerous, especially for the fat soluble vitamins. That is why I recommend these “liquid” vitamins here… http://budurl.com/liquid You can safely give him the vitamins along with the ADHD Meds. Think of these vitamins as “high tech” food.

Just started my nine year old on the micellized vitamin protocol. Am encountering difficulties with niacin flushes. I have reduced the amount of both niacin-containing products, but am flying blind as to quantities. I would like to try to build tolerance by gradually building up to a full dose, but don’t have much information to help. Has anyone else had this problem?

    • Jon Bennett 7 at 7:16 am #

Try the lower dosage and slowly add more (especially on the get-go-n plus). Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Most people who experience the niacin flush only a couple of times when they are beginning the vitamin regimen. I can think of no-one who had this as an ongoing issue. Good Luck!

I’m still waiting for order, The video was very helpful.

  15. Robin 1 at 1:38 pm #

The video was helpful. I just ordered the liquid vitamins from the members website. I also got the Cal/Mag. Do I take that at night or during the day? You didn’t have anything on that.

    Thanks

    • Jon Bennett 10 at 10:25 pm #

      Robin,
Take the Cal-Mag at night right before bed :-)
