This is My personal experience with the “absorbable” “liquid vitamins”

Disclaimer: Although I endorse and recommend the vitamins in my best selling book “3 Steps To Conquering ADD-ADHD”, the company that makes these vitamins, Biometics, Inc. has no medial claims or representation that they are intended to treat or cure any disease or disorder.

Simply put. The vitamins were created for healthy living only, nothing more and nothing less.

Another disclaimer. I am a registered “distributor” with the company. If you decide to buy these vitamins through me, I will make a small profit.

If this bothers you PLEASE simply order through someone else.

What matters is that you see results.

We are always trying new products to find the “best” in order to live healthier lives. (and I am always open to suggestions)

I am making this page due to the insane amount of emails and request for this information.

The information on this page is my personal experience and the experience of thousands of other people world-wide.

The Secret to these “liquid vitamins” is ABSORPTION

As many of you have read in my Book, “3 Steps To Conquering ADD” , a key factor in conquering ADHD is to give your body the building blocks it needs to restore balance to your brain.

This story changed my life…

As described in my book…

Once you give your body the proper nutritional building blocks it needs, and your brain chemistry is restored back to “normal”,

…your ADD symptoms will go away.

Whether its these vitamins or an alternative vitamin. This is a part of what you MUST do to conquer ADD naturally.

My experience with “other” store-bought “pill” vitamins…

Research show that most vitamins are only 20% absorbed.

The vitamin needs to be completely absorbed into the body in order top make any difference in your actual health.

Most vitamins end up in the toilet wasted because they pass right through due to in-absorbability.

This is where I feel the Biometics “liquid vitamins” are superior.

Biometics uses only the highest grade of nutraceutical vitamins and then breaks them down into “mi-cells” (really tiny molecules).

This patented process makes the vitamins completely absorbable to your body.

The Biometics vitamins are 100% water soluble.

This is important because it make them SAFE.

No worry of “over-dosing” because your body uses what it needs and passes on the rest.

SEE how micellization is THE reason why these vitamins are so effective…

Fat (Oil) Soluble Vitamins – The Importance of Micellization

Why Biometics?

Vitamin OVER-DOSE is a REAL concern!

Yes… you can “over-dose” on store bought vitamins….

the fat soluble vitamins like “A” and “E” should be taken very carefully when taking store bought vitamins because you can start to have “vitamin build-up”

…and actually have some pretty nasty effects…

You don’t have to worry about this with Biometics!

Why you should take these Vitamins.

Biometics is a direct marketing company. This means you cannot buy their products in stores.

You must purchase from an independent distributor.

I know this is kind of weird, and quite frankly this is a “turn-off” for me and many others.

Trust me, I had my skepticism just like you are having right now.

There is a really good reason for NOT offering these hi-tech vitamins in stores…

Biometics products are not “simple”.

Its not like popping a pill.

There are 3 different bottles that are mixed together… etc.

It would be difficult to sell this on shelves, people would not know how to properly take them…. and then people would not see the positive results.

Its like have a car, but not knowing how to turn it on.

Can I ask you a question?

IF IT WORKS…. Do You CARE HOW You GET IT?!

Here is what I take…

Biometics has a large product line, but I am only
going to talk to you about the products you need at a minimum.

I recommend the the “Deluxe Nutritional Energy Program” (NE6)

This program includes 3 products that you mix together in a morning
drink and 1 product (Cal-Mag) that you take at night before bed.

The Biometics products are balanced nutrition so the body is getting the needed nutrition.

Again, these products were NOT designed for ADD/ADHD but we have found that the combination of the vitamins, especially the “mi-cellized” B vitamins make a huge difference in focus and concentration as well as brain function.

Cal-Mag helps you get to sleep faster and into the deep realm of sleep which is needed for daily routines.

Calcium and Magnesium has been proven effective for ADD ADHD in numerous scientific studies.

The overall result is that your body and brain get the
building blocks it needs to function normally.

*Fix the source of the ADD problem and have
a happier, more focused life.

*Rest easy knowing you are getting all of the vitamins
and nutrients you need to stay healthy…

regardless of your dietary habits

*Use these vitamins to gain focus, clarity, and energy every day

You advertise liquiid vitamins & neu-be-calm. Does this mean you recommend taking both? What’s the difference? Please clarify.

    • Anonymous March 9, 2011 at 12:11 pm #

Yes. They serve 2 different purposes.

The liquid vitamins cover all of your vitamin bases, while they become has some more specific brain nutrients that ADD ADHD people in particular tend to lack.

  2. Marianne Ryan December 2, 2008 at 1:31 pm #

I have the same question as Lisa Lestardo. Lisa asked, “You advertise liquiid vitamins & neu-be-calm. Does this mean you recommend taking both? What’s the difference? Please clarify.”

  3. Jon Bennett December 4, 2008 at 8:19 am #

This is covered extensively in the book… but the short answer is YES! Take both. :-) They both function in very different ways and accomplish different goals.

  4. Thomas Carey December 4, 2008 at 4:44 pm #

I am hoping his will help our grandsons. one is ADD and the other is Add and bi-polar. Our bi-polar grandson was prescribed vyvanse along with his fluoxetine and had a bad reaction. Our other grandson has been switched from strattera to adderal but it don’t seem to be working.

  5. GREG MARIETTA December 5, 2008 at 10:37 pm #

My son definitely fits the diagnosis. he is in 1st grade and in a special class with 10 other kids like him. It seems the teachers have given up on him and, without saying it, are pushing us toward meds. It is working for others in the class so that doesn’t help. Without being specific, how long will it take to see improvement. I have taken most everything away from him and need help fast. Should we go through the steps of having an “OFFICIAL” diagnosis? Is there EVER a case for meds to be used? IF YES, will proper nutrition be able to lessen a dose?

  6. Tracy Rosenberg Roso December 7, 2008 at 2:25 pm #

How do Iorder the powder formula? I only see capsules and chewables.

  7. Jon Bennett December 7, 2008 at 2:37 pm #

All 3 (including the powder) are included in the package.

  8. Iulia Movileanu December 20, 2008 at 6:03 pm #

I am confused. I don’t know which one should I order. I don’t know the concentration of liquids vitamins. it is safe to use them both? It looks that new-be- calm are having the normal daily intake. My child is 15 and the bigest problem is the behavior and anxiety. Thank you -Julia

    • Anonymous March 9, 2011 at 12:16 pm #

Yes, I take both of these products daily. I drink my liquid vitamins and take neu-becalm’d in the morning and then take another neu-becalm’d in the afternoon as needed.

It would be very hard for me to choose one over the other, because on one hand the liquid vitamins ensure that getting all of the vitamins and nutrients that may not get from my diet.

On the other hand the new becalm has some specific brain nutrition like 5-HTP and helps balance the brain chemistry.

  9. Desiree DeHerrera December 26, 2008 at 3:31 pm #

First I would like to say that I am new to the site. We adopted 2 boys, first started with foster care and then adoption. We have had them since infency.

The older on is diagnosed as Bi-polar, ADHD, depressed and FAS.
The younger is diagnosed as ADHD, sensory integration, Manic & bi-polar, FAS, FES.

The older is on Lexapro & Clonide
The younger is on Concerta, Seriquil, Depikot, Clonide

I am asking if you can tell me the benifit of these drugs or the problems?

  10. William Young December 29, 2008 at 10:36 pm #

    Jon;

Liquid form might not be practical as it is for young adults away at school. Will chewable form work as well?

  11. Ellen Gardner December 31, 2008 at 6:20 am #

We have seen a difference in getting our kids on liquid vitamins from a local health food store as well as on Omega-3′s, we have started changing eating habits, which has frustrated our 6 year old, (although since we took her off the “drugs” she has gained weight, which was good, most of our family & friends were afraid that she was anorexic). We have noticed that our kids were zombies on Vyvance, Concerta & I myself on Straterra. Now that I have seen this change in them, we can’t go back.

  12. Lisa Peluso December 31, 2008 at 8:22 pm #

How big is the discount on the vitamins? vs buying them w/o the member discount

  13. Bernadette Givens January 2, 2009 at 6:06 pm #

Has anyone ever tried Attend ,I take my son to a NP DR who uses this regular on his PT.My 8 year old son has had some real results in school, grade performance, without zombie effects,I am wondering if anyone has info on this product Thanks

    • Stella Prejean April 9, 2010 at 7:35 pm #

I tried Attend on my 7yr old and after two weeks his teacher reported he was more “nervous and figety” than ever before.

  14. Jon Bennett January 4, 2009 at 9:22 am #

I have tried it and did not see much a boost in focus and it made me dizzy(kinda wierd). I have only come across one person who said it worked for them…. the others could not tell a difference.

  15. Patricia Reevesa January 5, 2009 at 12:34 pm #

I am not sure what medecines, vitamins or anything that my son needs to be on there is always someone to suggest something else. I don’t mind the money just want to see results so we all can have a decent weekend at home without the behavioral problems.

  16. Renita DeStefano January 7, 2009 at 11:29 am #

    Jon,
My son does not have ADHD and is not a behavior problem at school. He is getting vision therapy and it is too early to tell the results from that. He is not able to focus for more than a short time due to tracking issues with his eyes. I am not sure how much of this affects him in the ADD sense but he does have a high amount of inattention when asked to focus on things (mainly academics) for longer than 6 minutes. Should he take the nue-be-calm or should we just start with the vitamins first?

    • Ally March 9, 2011 at 10:19 am #

Renita, This is off the subject but thought I would let you know my 9 yr old has been so succesful with vision therapy. We started at 2 and stopped when he was 7(we did take breaks along the way) . He also has ADHD, I always wonder what the connection is… Anyway vision therapy is $$$$ but for us well worth it.

    • Anonymous March 9, 2011 at 12:08 pm #

This is a tough question. I would do my best to do both…

I would start with the vitamins first b/c it covers all the vitamin bases and add the becalmd as soon as possible.

  17. lauro ochoa January 11, 2009 at 11:45 pm #

HI my name is Lauro Ochoa. I want to buy the 3 products that you mix in the morning and the sleeping product.(Cal Mag) please clarify where i can buy them. and if the Omega 3 is effective. I am very confused because you say that Omega 3 is essential but i don’t know exactly what the 3 steps are. And i want to know everything he needs to do to fight HDHD and ADD

  18. Jennifer Patterson January 12, 2009 at 6:06 pm #

These liquid vitamins are way too expensive for my budget. I have 2 sons who have ADHD. What is affordable? I am desperate to get them off Concerta. I do not like the side effects. We get the Concerta for free being active duty military. What other vitamins do you suggest?

  19. Kristen Hines January 13, 2009 at 10:40 am #

I have a 5 year old who is currently on Focalin. We are looking to begin with vitamin supplementation, and eventually remove the medication. What is there that he can take–here are the issues: he won’t take a TON of pills, I can’t disguise it in his food, because he’ll detect it and is a very picky eater. So, is there a SMALL combined natural supplement pill that exists to help with his ADHD?

  20. patricia salazar January 13, 2009 at 8:15 pm #

my son is 9 years old and he has dda-adha can he takes the liquid vitamins and the neu-be-calm. at the same time and how much is safe for him to take.

  21. Beth Brown January 14, 2009 at 11:40 am #

I have a 14 yr old daughter with add with audio/visual impairment disorder. She is an extremely picky eater. What do these liquid vitamins taste like?

  22. Tina Thigpen January 28, 2009 at 10:42 pm #

I am about to start the 3 step program on my son. He is 13, ADHD, and having a really difficult time with school. I am curious about liquid vitamins. I understand the micellized one is a bit expensive. I am trying to get started but finances are a bit tight. I have purchased the neu-be-calm. I looked locally at a supermarket and found a liquid Centrum but it stated it was for adults only. Has anyone found a good liquid vitamin that is suitable for children?

  23. Jon Bennett February 7, 2009 at 7:59 am #

The “liquid” part is not where the magic happens. You should be concerned with how absorbable they are. The Liquid vitamins we recommend go through a process called micellization, which makes them 99.9% absorbable to the body.

    • Ryan Gibbs December 7, 2009 at 10:49 pm #

I just purchased the book and the recommended vitamins for my 6 year old daughter. Just wondering if the vitamins I purchased are the micellized vitamins and if the dosage is outlined with the package.

    • Krista Vergine January 28, 2011 at 2:33 am #

What is the dosage amount for a 5 1/2 year old child.

  24. Judith Poinvil February 12, 2009 at 12:47 am #

My son has add and is on omega -3. I did order the micelization vit along with the Neu-B-Calm. I need to know if I should cont with the omega3. How long does it take to see result.

  25. Melanie Turbill February 19, 2009 at 5:51 pm #

Do you know if I can buy these products in England? Surely there is a distributor over here. Please reply. I need to get this show on the road with my 13 yr old stress maker.

  26. Donna Granzow February 21, 2009 at 3:05 am #

Thank you for the discount on the liquid vitamins. Is there a promo code for neu-be-calm?

    • Jon Bennett March 4, 2009 at 11:08 pm #

I have been working in a way to get a neu-bCALM’d discount for members. I have tried to see if I could buy a huge amount wholesale and pass on the savings… but not getting too far with the company :-)

  27. Elizabeth Seaman March 12, 2009 at 10:39 pm #

I purchased the neu-bCalm’d capsules because the chewables were backordered. I have had a hard time mixing the capsule contents with ANY liquid, and my child cannot swallow pills yet. Any suggestions? The company will not exchange the unused product for chewables… I feel like I wasted my money. The other supplements (AM and PM formulas), however, have returned my son to me… I noticed a HUGE difference in the first 2 days! We are 3 weeks into it, and I just marvel at my calm, LOVING, child! It is miraculous! Question though: he weighs 78 pounds… how long should I do the “up to 80 pound” dosing?

  28. Jon Bennett March 13, 2009 at 8:42 am #

    Elizabeth,

I am so glad to hear that your son is doing well on the liquid vitamins! The neu-bCALM’d company is stingy on returns… but I would be glad to send you a bottle on me :-)

I will email you to get your details.

I am presently giving my great grandson the capsules, and will like to know if by ording the liquid vitamins if it is ok to give him both and how it may affect him. I only want to do what is right.

  31. Elizabeth Seaman March 20, 2009 at 11:30 am #

    Hi Jon:
I received the chewables a few days ago and have managed to get 2 (2 tab) doses into my son a day. Question though: the nirvana we were having the last few weeks seems to have gone away! By the afternoon, my guy is bouncing off the walls again, and now the morning tantrums have started again. He weighs about 80 pounds… would moving ahead to an adult dose in the AM be helpful? I am trying to get more protein into him, but mornings are tough… I may try the shakes you recommend above. Would a bedtime snack (avocado, almonds, etc.) help for the morning?

How important is it to take the suppliments on an empty stomach? If my son refuses, but I can get them in after he has had a few bites of food, would that be OK?

I am SOOOO exhausted with the emotional rollercoaster! And my poor 4.5 year old gets really stressed out by her big brothers’ outbursts!

My son Andy and I have been taking the Liquid vitamins for one week with his addrenal and I have notice he is able get things done and is quieter. this week we are starting the neube calm with liquid vitamins and stopping taking addrall. . i am hopful things will go well this week. When using neube calm for the first week should he take 4 pills per day and if we dont see difference up to 6 per day his weight is 87 lbs.?

    • Jon Bennett April 5, 2009 at 4:01 pm #

As with all of these strategies, it is going to be different for everyone.

I would start with one pill in the am and one in the afternoon and see how it goes.

I take 2 in the AM and that seems to be all that I need.

  34. Angela Kittrell April 16, 2009 at 3:30 pm #

    Jon,
Neu-be-calmd contains Cal-Mag and so does the liquid vitamins. Is it healthy to take both products since they both contain Cal-Mag. I dont want to overdose my son. He is 7 and weighs approx 50lbs. Also, he hasnt been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD but his teacher is insisting on getting him tested and put on meds. He isnt hyper but does seem to have a focusing problem while in the class setting. The liquid vit is very expensive. I have already ordered the Neu-be-calmd. Does using both make a huge difference over just one? Money is tight but I want to help my son as much as possible.

Hi Jon- I have ordered and received the biogenics vitamins/supplements. My question is I want to know if we can take the Neu-b-calmed with those from biogenics ? Is safe for children to take both of them also? If so how much do you recommend them taking? Thank you

Hi, I am keen to get the liquid vitamins and Neu-be-calm for my girl. She has not been officially diagnosed by any doctor but i saw all her symptoms on the ADHD web-sites. Before i proceed to order, i wish to inform the following:

1.) She is allergy to casein, eggs and bananas. She is on soy milk now.

2.) Her hair analysis shown a calcium maganesium RATIO of 24.6 (Normal is 10). What does that mean and are the liquid vitamins and neu-be-calm suitable for her ?

Ok, I just read the book and I am intrigued by all the information. My son is 14 and has been on just about every medicine out there, last count was 15 different types and combinations. Is the $128 onlyone month supply of the vitamins? There is no way I afford that. However I am at my wits end on getting my son help. We have been fighting this battle for 9 long years. I just want him to be happy and healthy. He hasn’t been on any medicine for 2 months. He’s hyper and fidgets but happier. I worry about how he will perform in school but DO NOT want to try any more ADHD type meds at ALL! We’ve been to doctor after doctor and even travled 6 hours away to a doctor. We go to therapy every other week. I want to help my son the best I can, it’s been a long, long, long exhausting battle.

    • Jon Bennett August 26, 2009 at 9:42 am #

      Hi!

I would start with the neu-be-calm.com and make sure you read all the special reports on easy dietary changes you can make.

There are also many useful special reports here that can give you an advantage in dealing with ADD-ADHD.

You can try also taking a cheap “pill” multi-vitamin, but this is typically a waste of money because most of the vitamins are never absorbed into the body.

      best of luck!

  41. lisadoddkinsman@gmail.com August 9, 2009 at 6:42 pm #

Are these products taken in the same way for children. My son is 5 1/2 and weighs 56 lbs. He is 3′ 11″ tall? I don’t want to “over-vitamin” him. He has plenty of energy, that is not his issue, so I want to make certain that these vitamins do not act as an energy bar.

    • Jon Bennett September 20, 2009 at 2:21 pm #

They will not hype him up. They will more likely calm him down and help him focus. You cannot over-vitamin him with the liquid vitamins b/c they are water soluble and what the body does not use will be passed on. This is one of the unique properties of these vitamins. :-)

I have a 6 yr old boy who has recently be taken out of his 1st grade class and put back in kindergarten. A physican has seen him (one that treats ADHD kids in 6 states) and said that he definitely has ADHD. He advised us to put him on Vyvance but we would rather go a natural route. What supplements do you suggest and do you have to go to a different web address for each? Also, he will not swallow pills so everything must be in liquid or chewable forms.

  43. melissemonster August 26, 2009 at 7:49 pm #

Do you also have a member discount for the neu-bCalm’d? I found it on a website directly, but if I am going to purchase a bundle I would prefer to purchase everything from one source.
Also, the Neu-bCalm’d looks like they are pills or capsules. I am afraid that I won’t get them into my son. He won’t put anything in his mouth if he does not want….. no way he will take a pill.
    what are your suggestions?

    Second question:
since ADD usually runs in families and as long as we are working on changing our lives – how long should I expect the first order of biometrics to last for 2 adults and 1 chilld (6 yrs)? We have two more children as well.

    Third question:
the biometrics site shows a bio-nite to help with sleep and the Cal Mag is shown as helping stronger bones. How have you seen the cal mag help with sleep instead of the bio-nite?

If we started all of these products, you estimate that we could see results in about 3 or 4 weeks? What do you suggest for protien for a little guy who will hardly eat?

    • Jon Bennett September 20, 2009 at 2:17 pm #

      1. I am working on a neu-beCALM’d discount that should be available next week!
      2. My wife and I and 3 year old get about a month out of one order
      3. Yes. many people have seen improved sleep with the use of CAL-mag. I can also attest to it even though I don’t use it on a regular basis.

You should start seeing results within a week or 2. Remember to drink lots of water. Many people make the mistake of not drinking enough water.

  44. paduri@yahoo.com September 28, 2009 at 11:23 pm #

    Hi Jon,

I read your book from start to finish and I have ordered biometics and neu-be-calm products. I am shopping around for omega3′s with good quality DHA; although I am trying out a couple of brands. What’s your favourite brand for DHA?

    Thank you!!!!

Honestly, I don’t take additional omega 3s or DHA. BUT the scientific studies are conclusive that they can really help ADD. I was actually working on a new supplement called Attentionall that was basically neu-beCALM’d + omega 3 and DHA. I would take the cell care from the same company that makes the liquid vitamins.

      http://budurl.com/uktf

Only b/c I am such a big believer in the technology behind these. I am always concerned about vitamin overdosing. With this technology you do not have to worry about getting too much of any of their vitamins. Why? because they use the emusol micellization process to make fat soluble vitamins (kind that can build up) and makes them water soluble. (see video http://budurl.com/vitaminvideo )

      Hope this helps!! -Jon

ps – If you find a great supplement lt me know so I can share it with everyone!

Hello, Jon. I have been using the pack that you use, and have had very positive results with my ADHD son. However, My daughter ~ who also has ADHD ~ does not seem to be responding to the supplements. I have implemented the nutritional strategies from your book, but she still seems like nothing is touching her ADHD symptoms. Can you recommend any other supplementation that may be needed for this more “difficult” scenario?

    Thank you in advance! :)

    Hi, Jon…

Was searching the web for information about ADHD and came across your information. ordered your book and just finished reading the electronic version. I ordered the products you recommended for my 7 year old grand daughter who was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago. I’m very excited to see the outcome.

hi! i read your book and was overwhelmed by the facts you have given. My daughter is 9 yrs old and in 4th grade, she has a major problem in focusing and remembering things. She has been diagonosed of add too.Iam very worried about her but i was never convinced in my heart that i should give her these ADD drugs b/c its like poisioning your child with your own hands.HONESTLY i never believed the doctors and the teachers.so i saw the vitamins and neu-b-calm’d on the web, iam really interested in giving my daughter the right supplements but i need to know that neu-b-calm’d has an animal extract,so which kind of animal extract it has,plz it is important b/c of religious reasons.

I have ordered your book and neu b calm. I already take a supplement called Chews4Health. It is ALL natural and chewable for super absorption. Very child friendly too. Can you please let me know what your opinion is on that?

  49. Carolyn from LiquidWholeFood.com July 22, 2014 at 7:35 pm #

Thanks for bringing out that relief can happen with great nutrition and liquid vitamins! I think so many people feel that attacking a problem nutritionally is some sort of hocus-pocus, but it’s not. And that liquid vitamins are so much better absorbed–it just really makes great sense!

  50. Nicole July 22, 2014 at 7:35 pm #

My son has ADHD and epilepsy (in my observation, caused by food allergies, mostly to soy). I see the Deluxe Nutritional Energy Program products are soy-free. What’s you experience with food allergies causing ADHD?

  51. Stephanie April 12, 2010 at 9:22 pm #

My son has been on the nue-b’calmned for almost 2 months. I have been giving him 4 in the morning and 4 at night. He wieghs 111 lbs. I have not seen very much improvement especially in his anger. I am so frustrated. I am going to try it with the liquid vitamins and see what happens. I have tried so many things including bio-feedback and I am at my wits end! I just read the book tonight and we are going to do the other things mentioned also. I hope this works, I am so dead set on not doing meds. but I feel if this doesn’t work I’ll have no choice.

  52. Debbie April 18, 2010 at 10:51 pm #

I started my son on the liquid vitamins 5 weeks ago. What a difference it has made in his behavior and his ability to do better in school. He is in kindergarten, and all I kept hearing was how impulsive he was and how he was always on the move. I now hear from his teachers that he is completing tasks and papers in class and not quitting and just scribbling on his paper. His papers are coming home with smiley faces. Thank you so much for sharing this information with us. It has been a blessing.

  53. lori April 26, 2010 at 8:25 pm #

We started my son on the natural remidies we can see improvements just in 1 week.

I have a 7 year old, that is just having an awful time. I have read the 3 Steps book and it nails him to a “T”. I want to try the vitamins before all the medication but am unsure of what he truly needs. Can anyone provide advise as to how much vitamins a 7 year old should take. PLEASE HELP!! He’s getting worse and it hurts to see him keep getting penalized simply because he can’t help it and others do not understand.

  56. Anonymous May 6, 2010 at 10:59 am #

I have read the 3 Steps…book and everything fits my 7 year old to a “T”. I want to try the vitamins with him before resorting to the drugs, but am unsure of what he needs. He seems to get worse as time goes on and punishment is just so unfair for him because he can’t help it. Does anyone have any advise or where I can go to find out which vitamins he needs and how much.

My daughter is 8 years old and has been on ADHD meds for three and a half years. I am so ready to try a different approach in treating her (more natural).I have read your book and was very excited to know that there are ways that could help without using the ADHD meds I have used for years.I just received a shipment of Neu-Becalme’d.I am going to order the liquid vitamins now.My questions are……
1-Should I start the Neu-Becalm’d vitamins before I get the liquid vitamins?
2-Should I replace the ADHD med with Neu-Becalm’d or can it be taken together and slowly ween her off of it?
3-I ordered the chewable tablets and it says that it is half the strength of the capsules. If I double the dose on the tablets ,wouldn’t it be more cost efficient to order the capsules?
4-If i order the capsules , can i sprinkle it on food?
    Thank you for your time!

  59. Catherine Shaw June 22, 2010 at 10:37 am #

Are these liquid vitamins available in the Republic of Ireland? I have not come across them. Your order form says USA only?

    • Jon Bennett June 28, 2010 at 4:24 pm #

Unfortunately, they only ship to the USA. Others have had a US contact ship them on their behalf.

  60. pavitra June 23, 2010 at 2:18 am #

I need to order n’eu be calmed + liquid vitamins(deluxe nutritional energy program)..Can you send it in one package to
    21200 Kittridge St #2213
    Woodland Hills
    CA 91303

    I will order online tommorow.

    • Jon Bennett June 26, 2010 at 7:38 am #

They are actually 2 completely different companies. You will need to order from each of them separately. If you order as a member you will save about $30 and you can order them at the same time, on the same order form. We simply take the order and send it to each company. Then they ship the products.

  61. pavitra June 23, 2010 at 2:28 am #

Can you ship to India: Both n’eu b calmed + deluxe nutritional supplement?

    • Jon Bennett June 26, 2010 at 7:40 am #

n’eu b calmed – YES – deluxe nutritional supplement (liquid vitamins) – NO, only USA

  62. michelle September 2, 2010 at 12:20 am #

My son is 10 yrs old and has been taking focalin but a zombie and I hate giving him medicine. He is ADHD, hard to stay focused and needs your help. What should i start him off on? I dont know what to order and so willing to help him to focus in school and learn.

    • Jon Bennett September 2, 2010 at 8:20 am #

michele, I would start with the package listed above. I would then add the neu-beCALM’d

  63. Robert Cousar September 4, 2010 at 12:30 pm #

Jon, How do I place an order for these liquid vitamins and the Neu-Be calm’d supplement through you? Also, how do I manage starting my child on these vitamins while she continues her concerta XL? Can she take both concurrently? Also, how will I determine what improvement is occurring due to the vitamin supplement? At what point can I reduce her medication? Of course, I will not make any change to her medication without the knowledge of her doctor.

Please let me know because I would like to try the vitamins. Bob

    • Jon Bennett September 6, 2010 at 2:59 pm #

Bob, You can order the vitamins with the order link above. You can order the neu-beCALM’d from http://neu-be-calm.com Its tough to determine efficacy of the vitamins awhile taking meds. The goal would be to slowly wean off the meds as you are taking the vitamins and following all of the “3 Steps To Conquering ADD ADD” recommendations. This is how most people are able to become drug free :-)

  64. Christina September 7, 2010 at 10:26 pm #

Are the doses on the labels for children as well? Is this a 30 day supply? (all three combined products)I have two children so I am assuming I would need to double this order to supply them both for 30 days?

    • Jon Bennett September 10, 2010 at 9:06 pm #

Christina, it actually can last around 1.5 months. So about .75 for 2 people. Hope this makes sense. It varies depending on how much u use daily. I would start with a smaller dose and gradually increase if until you find the ideal daily dosage.

  65. jody September 8, 2010 at 11:38 am #

Ive just finished reading your book and it fits my son to a t. I would love to try the liquid vitamins, and the neu-becalm, but ona very strict budget theres no way we can afford this for our son.
COuld you reccomend a cheaper version out there for the rest of us who work part-time or are stay at home parents like myself and always put our children first, but simply cannot shell out a couple hundred dollars extra a month for meds.

I want the best for my son, but in this economy we simply can’t afford this. suggestions….?

  66. Wendy October 9, 2010 at 10:59 pm #

I am interested in the neu-be-calm’d for my son but he can not take pills. What can he take or can these be desolved in water?

    • Jon Bennett October 10, 2010 at 8:21 am #

As with the new Attentionall, You can empty the capsules in water or juice.

      • Wendy October 10, 2010 at 1:46 pm #

So what would be better for a 6 year old Attentionall or neu-be-calm’d. Dont know if I can afford the vitamins.

        • Jon Bennett October 13, 2010 at 8:09 am #

That is up to you. They have many of the same ingredients except Attentionall has a few additional ingredients that neu-beCALM’d does not have. I am obviously partial to Attentionall because I created it :-)

  67. Maya October 26, 2010 at 5:07 pm #

I really appreciate your work,Liquid Calcium SupplementThanks for sharing this information with us.

  70. Jody Dehaas May 28, 2011 at 3:09 pm #

I have bought your books. Like many others, my school would love nothing more for me to medicate my child. I have met enough people along the way who have been kind and supportive and can see that to medicated him — removes the behavior but doesn’t address the reason he is behaving this way in the first place. I want him to be relaxed and engaging but not at the expense of losing the creative spark he has that is so infectious.
I am on the fence, I have had his neurotransmitters tested and both his dopamine and seratonin are through the roof. Excessively high. He’s is in a constant state of intenseness, no one really discusses this aspect I suppose most people don’t go this route but I really believe there is an imbalance (he has been on liquid supplements and omega 3s since he was 5, he is now 8. On days we miss omegas you can so see it. My question is this, add /ADHD all seem to want to bring the calming serotonin levels up, but what if they are already way up along with dopamine?
How could would should your vitamins work with the results? Have you come across this through others on your site? Thank you.

    Hi Jon,
I know the liquid vitamin and Neu B’calmed should be taken each day. Do I also give DHA and Ginkgo Biloba supplements as well ?? THANKS JON …. Paula

    • Anonymous September 15, 2011 at 5:41 pm #

I don’t usually worry too much with ginkgo.

I have just started recommending the biomega.  You can order with the other liquid vitamins.

      It is pretty awesome.

They have applied the emusol micellization to the omega 3 dha product.

      More details here.

I will be adding an order link soon.  It is a new product.

no. I am not selling Attentionall any more. I am only selling this… http://neu-be-calm.com There is a phone number there. You can speak to Linda

  76. Jon Bennett March 20, 2009 at 7:49 am #

Are you sure your multi-vitamin is “good” Most multivitamins are very hard to “absorb”. Doctors call this “bio-availability”. In other words… many vitamins pass straight thru to the toilet. Have you tried the neu-bCALM’d. Many ADDers are seeing huge results with this in combination with the liquid vitamin.

  77. Earlene Day September 6, 2010 at 1:47 pm #

    Hello Mr. Bennett,

I would like more information about the Biometics products. I believe that these products would help my grandaughter. I was listening to the testimonials about the children with ADD, ever thou my grandaughter hasn’t been diagnosis with ADD. I have don’t a lot of research and I think that her problem, she has a very hard time focus on her school work, can’t keep her hands and feet to her self and has a hard time staying still and the list goes on and on. I order you 3 Steps to Conquering ADD-ADHD a few months ago and it has been a great help. I would further details about the Biometics products and the website where I can order the product.

    Thanks,
