Frank, I saw your question a minute ago about how long it will take to see whether this treatment works. I started seeing changes at the end of the second week – it may be different for everybody, but that’s not too long to wait for relief.

If I follow your suggestions for treatment accurately, how long will it be before I can see if it is working? I know I can’t hold you to a specific amount of time, but like most ADD people, I get impatient if I don’t see improvement pretty quickly!

just to be clear…if my 9 year old son takes the vitamins we bought and the add supplement you recommended that is all he needs supplement wise? Does he take the full dose of vitamins?

I want to comment on what the last person asked about using ADHD meds in conjunction with your natural treatment recommendations. You need to read John’s book about this so that you can understand that the drugs are dangerous, not beneficial, and are creating more problems than they are fixing!
