I appreciate this video. It confirmed my feelings about starting our son on medications again.
He was able to get straight A’s, but hated the way they made him feel.
Now that I see more of the dangers, I am thankful our son spoke up and asked to stop taking them.
I personally knew Matthew Smith and lived down the street from him for years. We played together as kids. I too was on this drug for many years. I never liked it. Jon Bennett, Keep up the good fight. People must know the truth behind ADHD beyond the greed of the drug companies. Teresa, I’m glad your son is no longer on this medication. When you are on a mind altering drug, the life you lead is no longer completely your own. I would rather lead my life with struggle then to lead it fake with meds no matter what the grades.
