I haven't read it all yet but I have already started a vitamin for the attentive child and omega 3 fatty acids fruit chew 2 times daily and pushing water and fruits and healthier eating. He already seems to be doing better getting his class work done in class and seems to be enjoying school more. Thanks for the great information. My son has not been diagnosed but he is in 4th grade and we have struggled with homework since the begginning. What would take most kids an 1/2 hour normally takes him 4 to 5. He has just never been able to stay on track. Thanks for letting us all know we need to feed our families healthy for more reasons than just obesity. I hope to see a change in my husband as well since I'm pretty sure he suffers from the same issues. Thanks again! Tracie in Ohio
