As for the liquid vitamins, Adults use 1 tablespoon of each liquid and 2 scoops of get-go-n all mixed in about 5 oz. of water.

It is all trial-and-error. Fortunately the liquid vitamins are harmless even in large doses (like the entire bottle) only because they are water soluble.

When my first child was born (mackenzie) We began giving her the liquid vitamin cocktail in very small quantities (don't do this with "other vitamins)

She is 3 and she gets about half the serving that my wife and I take.

There is no real right or wrong way with the liquid vitamins... just experiment!
