Customers who purchase the 3stepsadd.com program (product/subscription bundle) are eligible to access the book/initial purchase refund policy as described on the site. This 100% refund policy is only applicable to book/initial purchase orders placed within the last calendar year. A book/initial purchase refund request may be made during the hours of 9am – 6pm EST by calling – 1-800-442-1278 Monday through Friday. A book(s) does not have to be mailed back in order to be eligible for this policy, however we also refund returned book/initial product purchase items as well.
A refund request for the initial program purchase does not cancel your member subscription account by default. A separate cancellation request can be made at any time as described below.
Customers who purchase our member subscription product (with any on-site offer be it stand-alone, or as part of a program bundle) are subject to the following:

5. WAIVER OF CONTRACTUAL RIGHT.
The failure of Nanacast.com and Internet Business Ideas Inc. to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that partyís right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.
6. APPLICABLE LAW.
This Agreement in all respects shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Idaho, to the exclusion of any other applicable body of governing law, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. This Agreement is entered into in Ada County, Idaho. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Idaho for any dispute arising from or related to this agreement. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement will be a court located in Ada County, Idaho.
