Customers who purchase the 3 Steps To Conquering ADD Book product are eligible to access the book refund policy as described on the site. This 100% refund policy is only applicable to book orders placed within the last calendar year. A book refund request may be made during the hours of 9am - 6pm EST by calling - 1-800-442-1278 Monday through Friday. A book does not have to be mailed back in order to be eligible for this policy, however we also refund returned book items as well.
Customers who purchase our member subscription product are subject to the following:

A. Customers must agree to be part of the membership via opt-in selection, and agree to these terms in order to gain member access.

B. Customers will receive log-in credentials at the time of ordering member access, these are delivered to the e-mail address provided by the customer at the time of sign-up. All future membership alerts and e-mails will be sent to the e-mail address used during sign-up. C. Customer accepts the basic terms of membership as described on the site, and on the opt-in selection pages during the order process which are as follows: Membership is $1.00 USD (Or as offered in a product bundle package) for the trial period (currently 15 days), and is billed monthly thereafter, the $19.00 USD recurring until the subscription is canceled. The initial member fee is assessed once the trial period ends, and is then billed monthly thereafter in a 30 day cycle. 4. SEVERABILITY. 
If any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable.  If a court finds that any provision of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable, but that by limiting such provision it would become valid or enforceable, then such provision shall be deemed to be written, construed, and enforced as so limited.

5. WAIVER OF CONTRACTUAL RIGHT. 
The failure of Nanacast.com and Internet Business Ideas Inc. to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not be construed as a waiver or limitation of that party’s right to subsequently enforce and compel strict compliance with every provision of this Agreement.

6. APPLICABLE LAW.
This Agreement in all respects shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of Idaho, to the exclusion of any other applicable body of governing law, without regard to conflicts of laws principles. This Agreement is entered into in Ada County, Idaho. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Idaho for any dispute arising from or related to this agreement. You agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement will be a court located in Ada County, Idaho.
